To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies what progress has been made towards the improvement of the harbour facilities at Kilindini, in the East Africa Protectorate.

(Answered by Mr. Churchill.) The Secretary of State has received no special official Report as to the progress which has been made; but it is believed that the work is proceeding satisfactorily.
