HC Deb 02 May 1907 vol 173 c1072
MR. LONSDALE (Armagh, Mid.)

On behalf of the hon. Member for North Fermanagh, I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether it is intended to introduce this session a Bill to provide for a Court of Criminal Appeal in Ireland, or to insert clauses in the Bill of Mr. Attorney-General making it applicable to Ireland.

THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. CHERRY, Liverpool, Exchange)

No, Sir. Having regard to the present state of public business, I do not think it will be possible to introduce such a Bill this session. As to the latter part of the Question I must refer my hon. and learned friend to the Attorney-General who is in charge of the Bill.
