§ MR. HICKS BEACHI beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Government of Ceylon have now drafted an ordinance for extending educational facilities to the children of Indian coolies employed on the plantations in Ceylon.
§ MR. CHURCHILLAs I informed the hon. Member for North Manchester on Tuesday, the draft Ordinance is under the consideration of the Ceylon Legislature.
