STANLEY WILSONI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether the Norwegian Minister claimed all those trawlers whose masters were illegally prosecuted as Norwegian vessels; and whether he can name any trawlers now fishing in the prohibited waters outside the three-mile limit of territorial waters in the Moray Firth which are British-owned, or which have a majority of English fishermen amongst the crew.
