MR. PIKE PEASETo ask the Secretary to the Admiralty what was the original estimate of the cost of seamen's barracks in connection with the "Britannia" Royal Naval College; and why it has been decided to omit them from the scheme of 1905.
§ (Answered by Mr. Edmund Robertson.) The original estimate of cost of the barracks was £15,000. The work has been deferred pending further consideration, it being less urgent than certain other works.
