ANNAN BRYCE (Inverness Burghs)To ask the Secretary of State for India, in connection with the answer given by him to the Indian railway deputation on 12th March, when he intends to institute the departmental inquiry into the working of the financial system; what 1624 will be the scope of the inquiry; and what will be the constitution of the body to which it will be entrusted.
