WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is aware that at the Collieries of Cape Breton British immigrants recently arrived in Canada are seeking employment without success; and, seeing that they assert that they have been misled by British agents in this country, will he order some inquiry to be made on the subject.
