HELME (Lancashire, Lancaster)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the terms of reference to the Committee to be appointed to inquire into and advise the Government as to scientific research and the sea fisheries will be made sufficiently wide to include, not only a Report on the North Sea fisheries investigations, but also other researches which have been carried out on the British coasts.
