§ MR. HARCOURTThe matters other than the New Hebrides to which reference was made in the Secretary of State's despatch of the 20th April, 1906, were the question of the transportation of convicts to New Caledonia, and the claim of Messrs. Burns, Philp, and Co. against the German Government.
