§ MR. LEAI beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what is the present state of progress on the French Colonial Railway from Hanoi to Lao-kai on the Yunnan frontier, the construction of which was begun about 1902.
§ MR. RUNCIMANThe line has been completed, and was opened for traffic on 1st February, 1906.
