§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. Gladstone, Leeds, W.)In 1906 inquests were attended on six occasions by factory inspectors' assistants, on four of which they accompanied an inspector. As the hon. Member is aware, the fatal accidents in workshops are very few.
