RADFORD (Islington, E.)I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General whether, having regard to the fact that under the Order in Council of the 1st instant the long vacation now begins on the 1st August, and that little or no legal business can be done in the several offices of the Supreme Court on the August Bank Holiday, he will consider the advisability 1515 of making a representation to the Rule Committee suggesting the amendment of the Rules of the Supreme Court so that the first Monday in August may be added to the days on which the offices are closed.
