EVELYN CECIL (Aston Manor)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, in view of the extensive coast line of Canada, His Majesty's Government will consider the propriety of inviting Canada to be represented at the forthcoming Navigation Conference, when the power of the Colonies with reference to the regulation of coasting trade is to be discussed.
