Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, if the Board can see its way to the issue of a leaflet to county councils and farmers' clubs containing information to farmers regarding free access to Mr. Robert H. Elliot's demonstration farm at Clifton-on-Bowmont, in the county of Roxburgh.
