SMYTHI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Estates Commissioners have received an application for reinstatement from Mrs. Ann Kerrigan, who is at present in America, for the farm of land formerly belonging to her at Clooncarne, on the Clements Estate, in county Leitrim; and if the same will be considered.
