MR. CATHCART WASONI beg to ask the Lord-Advocate if he is aware of the fact that much, if not all, the capital employed in trawling illegally in the Moray Firth is British; and if he proposes to take any action to render such capital amenable to British laws.
§ MR. SINCLAIRAs my hon. friend is aware, the Government has announced its policy upon this subject and is endeavouring to prevent evasion of the law by British subjects.
