HERBERT (Buckinghamshire, Wycombe)To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will ask the Belgian Government when the Commission appointed to report upon the Law affecting the Congo is likely to present its Report; and whether he will, at the same time, intimate to the Belgian Government that His Majesty's Government is not disposed to wait indefinitely for a decision in the matter.
