§ MR. CARLILE (Hertfordshire, St. Albans)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if he proposes to introduce the Patent Law Amendment Bill before Easter.
§ MR. MITCHELL-THOMSONI beg also to ask the President of the Board of Trade when he proposes to introduce a Bill to amend the patent laws and to protect British industry from the foreign competition which prevails under the existing system of patent law in this country.
§ MR. KEARLEYMy right hon. friend hopes to introduce this Bill at the earliest possible opportunity.
