§ MR. WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)To ask the Secretary for Scotland if he will state the number of foreign trawlers observed working in the Moray Firth since the decision in the High Court of Justiciary in respect of the Moray Firth foreign trawlers' case.
§ (Answered by Mr. Sinclair.) Since the decision in the High Court of Justiciary eighteen different foreign trawlers have been observed working in the Moray Firth on ninety different occasions.
