§ *MR. REESOn behalf of the hon. Member for St. Pancras, E., I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether in view of his Answer on the 19th March last,†he has yet considered whether it is desirable to extend the provisions of the Dangerous Performances Acts, 1879 and 1897, to dangerous performances by women of any age; and, if so, can he make any statement as to the introduction of legislation on the subject.
§ MR. GLADSTONEA Bill was introduced by the Government last year with this purpose, but did not succeed in passing. I see no prospect of legislation on the subject this session.
