COURTHOPE (Sussex, Rye)I beg to ask the Postmaster-General what book of rules was referred to by the Secretary of the Post Office on the 20th July, 1906, when he stated before the Post Office Servants' Committee that the general book of rules is accessible to everyone in the service; and whether all Post Office officials have free acess to such book of rules without making written application.
