§ MR. O'SHAUGHNESSYI beg to ask the Postmaster-General if he can say why it is that the people of Newcastle West, in the county of Limerick, have now to post their letters at 7.30 o'clock p.m., while for many years past they need not have done so until 9 o'clock p.m.; and whether, owing to the inconvenience to the public in shortening the time for posting, he will take steps to have the old arrangement carried out.
