DUNCAN (Barrow-in-Furness)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he will make close inquiries into the capacity for berthing and repairing warships of all dimensions in the various seaports and rivers on the east and west coasts, where ship-yards and steel-works at present exist, before any large sums of money are spent in uselessly duplicating such facilities at Rosyth.
