CAPTAIN CRAIGI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the four sons of an evicted tenant, who has died since his eviction, are to be regarded by the Estates Commissioners as four evicted tenants; and if four farms will be provided for them.
§ MR. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners hold that under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Act of 1903 they have no power to make advances to four sons of an evicted tenant. They may nominate one son or other person as the representative of a deceased evicted tenant.
