§ MR. C. E. PRICE (Edinburgh, Central)I beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether he has come to any agreement with the corporation of the city of Edinburgh as to the streets to be used for the underground telegraphic system through the city; and, if so, can he state the nature of the agreement.

I am advised that the direct route along Princes Street is quite practicable, and I shall be glad of any assistance the hon. Member may be able to give in expediting a settlement of the difficulty.
