§ CAPTAIN CRAIG (DOWN, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in view of the number of cases of driving of stock off farms in certain districts in Ireland, he will issue a circular from Dublin Castle instructing tenants of grazing farms as to the best mode of protecting their property in accordance with the views of the Chief Commissioner of Police.
