LEAI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether his attention has been drawn to paragraph 10 of the Report from the Committee of Public Accounts; and whether he can give an assurance that in future the procedure followed in connection with the contracts for H.M.S. "Invincible," "Inflexible," and "Indomitable," for which, without Treasury sanction, no competitive tenders were invited, will not be repeated.
