MITCHELL-THOMSON (Lanarkshire, N.W.)I beg to ask the Undersecretary of State for the Colonies if the Colonial Office has received an audited statement showing the destination and allotment of the various sums of money which have been loaned and granted, since May 1902, by the British Government to the Transvaal.
§ MR. CHURCHILLAn account of the various funds will be found in the Report of the Central Judicial Commission published in Cd. 3028, but, owing to questions having arisen with regard to the disposal of certain balances, the audit is not yet complete.
