(Answered by Mr. John Burns) As I stated in reply to a previous Question, the Royal Commission on the Poor Laws have before them the subject of the contributions which should be made by persons for the support of their relatives, and I do not think that legislation should be proposed with regard to the matter pending their Report. I have brought under their notice the representations which I have received on the subject.
