WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether the Congested Districts Board have now received an application for a grant in aid of the establishment of a boatslip at Mellon Udrigle, at the entrance of Gruniard Bay, Ross-shire; and, if so, will he state whether it is proposed to accede to the request.
§ MR. SINCLAIRThe fishermen referred to by my hon. friend have been informed by the Board that no application can be considered unless it is received through the county council. The matter rests at this point.
