Member for the Blackpool division of Lancashire, I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether it is proposed that all vessels in the Navy shall be furnished with refrigerating machinery for their magazines; and, if not, what classes of ships will have such machinery placed on board.
§ MR. EDMUND ROBERTSONIt is proposed, as soon as possible, to fit all vessels other than torpedo craft with magazine cooling apparatus, with the exception of the special service vessels.
