HC Deb 19 June 1907 vol 176 cc456-7
SIR GILBERT PARKER

I bog to.ask Mr. Attorney-General when the rules of the Trustee Act, which will come into operation 1st January, 1908, will be laid,

*The ATTORNEY-GENERAL (Sir JOHN WALTON, Leeds, S.)

I am informed that the rules have been drafted and are under consideration, but I cannot say when they are likely to be ready to be laid on the Table.

SIR HOWARD VINCENT (Sheffield, Central)

Will an estimate of the cost of administering this Act be submitted to the House this session?

*SIR JOHN WALTON

I should like notice of that Question.
