Sir JOSEPH LEESE reported from the Committee on Group H of Private Bills; That the parties promoting the Selsey Water Bill [Lords] had stated that the evidence of William Parker Cogan, of 5, South Street, Chichester, Solicitor, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said William Parker Cogan do attend the said Committee during the proceedings on the Selsey Water Bill [Lords].

Ordered, That the said William Parker Cogan do attend the Committee on Group H of Private Bills during the proceeding* on the Selsey water Bill [Lords].
