JOHN ROCHE (Galway, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners are negotiating for the purchase of the Lahiff estate at New Inn, county Galway; and, if so, will he see that the sale is not sanctioned unless the grazing lands upon the estate are included in the purchase.
