§ Sir HENRY KIMBER reported from the Committee on Group G of Private Bills; That the parties opposing the Local Government (Ireland) Provisional Orders (No. 3) Bill had stated that the evidence of Mr. P. C. Cowan, Chief Engineering Inspector, Local Government Board, Dublin, was essential to their case;. and, 106 it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Mr. P. C. Cowan do attend the said Committee during the proceedings on the. said Bill.
