ASHLEYI beg to ask the Postmaster General how many telegraph messengers are on duty after 7 p.m. in London; how often are the shifts changed; and what opportunity is given to these boys to attend a continuous course at any evening school, with a view of their obtaining skilled employment on discharge from the Post Office.
