FARRELLTo ask the Secretary to the Treasury if he will state 133 when it is proposed to calculate the losses likely to fall on local authorities next year in respect of the fall in Irish Land Stock; and will he take any steps to give notice to those authorities of the amounts proposed to be so deducted, so that they can verify the accuracy of these Treasury calculations.
