MR. PIKE PEASE (Darlington)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been drawn to the Report of the Viceregal Commission on Poor Law Reform in Ireland; and, if so, whether he will consider the advisability of legislating, as early as possible, on the basis of this Report.
