§ MR. BIRRELLI refer to my former Answer to a Question on this subject in which I stated that the employees referred to were members of a crowd some of whom drove cattle off the farm. I have no information that the particular men were actually engaged in driving off the cattle. Both the Estates Commissioners and the Congested Districts Board have given instructions that their employees should be cautioned against taking part in any such practices. The men in question are daily labourers temporarily employed.
