§ MR. HILLSI beg to ask the Under-secretary of State for the Colonies whether any arrangement or under-standing has been come to with the Transvaal Government with reference to the future control of Swaziland; and, if so, what are the terms of such arrangement or understanding.
§ MR. CHURCHILLNo, Sir, no arrangement has been made other than that set forth in the letters patent of the Transvaal constitution and the Order in Council of 1st December, 1906.
