(Answered by Mr. Secretary Morley.) I have not stated that there has been an addition of eleven batteries of horse artillery and forty-five batteries of field artillery. The above number of horse artillery batteries have been on the establishment of the Army in India since 1885 and of field artillery batteries since April, 1902.
