§ MR. A. J. BALFOUR (City of London)I want to ask any Minister who can say —I am not sure whom to ask—when the Government intend to bring forward their Resolution on the House of Lords. As there must be considerable notice of the Question on the Paper, I take it it will not be brought forward as first suggested on the 17th instant.
§ MR. HALDANEsaid he believed the Resolution would not be taken on the 17th, but probably on the 24th. Perhaps the right hon. Gentleman would repeat his Question to-morrow to the Prime Minister as to the terms of the Resolution and as to the notice which would be given of it.
