§ MR. SYDNEY BUXTONI beg leave to refer the hon. Member to the Answer which I gave to two Questions in this House on the 27th of last month.†I then gave details of the new contract which I propose to enter into with the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company. In alternate weeks the mail service to and from Australia is provided by the Commonwealth authorities; and I have no information as to the arrangements which will be made by them.
