(Answered by Mr. Lloyd-George.) The following table gives the particulars asked for in the first part of the Question. No information is available as to the monthly average values at which wheat and wheat flour have been imported into France. The French system of establishing the values of their imports and exports is that of official valuations fixed annually for each description of article, and these valuations are not decided upon until a considerable time has elapsed after the close of the year to which they relate.
