§ MR. SEDDON (Lancashire, Newton)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether the regulations for Yeomanry permit them giving military displays at political demonstrations; if so, are the troopers and non-commissioned officers paid, and by whom; and whether, in the event of any member refusing to attend, he can be penalised directly or indirectly by the commanding officer.
