To ask the Prime Minister if, in consequence of the importance to local authorities in framing their Bills for next session, he will facilitate the passing into law as speedily as possible of the Public Health Bill [No. 66].

(Answered by Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman.) No undertaking can be given at present about this Bill; but the. Government are quite alive to its importance.
