(Answered by Mr. Secretary Morley.)Sir J. Bampfylde Fuller retired at the age of fifty two, after a service of upwards of thirty years. He receives the ordinary annuity of a member of the Indian Civil Service who resigns after twenty-five years' service, viz., £1,000.
