§ Mr. GEORGE WHITE (Norfolk, N.W.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Education if he can state the total number of trained teachers at present employed in Church of England, 682 Catholic, Wesleyan, and council schools respectively; what number of persons were entitled to enter training colleges as the result of the last King's Scholarship examination; and what was the number of places available for them in Church, Catholic, Wesleyan, and undenominational colleges respectively.
