§ MR. PIKE PEASE (Darlington)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if it is intended that the cost of providing and maintaining rifle ranges for the Territorial Force shall be exclusively defrayed by moneys provided by Parliament.
§ MR. HALDANEIt is intended that the money provided by Parliament shall cover all the necessary expenses of the Territorial Army, including necessary expenditure on rifle ranges.
