BYLESI beg to ask the Undersecretary of State for the Colonies if the native rebellion in Natal is entirely at an end; does complete tranquility prevail in the Colony; and will the Secretary of State confer with the Governor upon the danger which may arise from a fresh series of native executions for events which occurred during the rebellion.
